We have a flat rate delivery fee of $12.00 nationwide.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Please note that the week of Monday 10th February we will only have one date of dispatch being Monday 10th February. All orders placed after that will be dispatched Monday 17th February.
We currently dispatch orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week. If your order is placed between 1:30pm Wednesday - Sunday it will be dispatched the following Monday.
North Island orders may take up to 2 business days, South Island deliveries will take three days. If for a rural address please add an extra day. If your order hasn’t been received within this time frame, please contact us directly via email email@example.com and we will track your order for you.
Our deliveries don’t require signature upon arrival, however if you anticipate that you may not be home, please advise a safe place for the courier to leave your parcel when placing your order online.
We accept both business and residential addresses for delivery however we cannot ship to a PO BOX address.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the fragile nature of plants your order cannot be exchanged or returned should you change your mind.
Our plants are packaged in a specially designed box to ensure they arrive at their destination in great condition. In the very rare instance that your plant is damaged in transit please send us photographic evidence of the damage so that we can raise a claim with our courier company. We can then replace or refund your purchase.
