PLANT CARE & INFO

Light: It’s happy in low light conditions but will thrive in indirect bright light.

Watering: Let the soil dry out in between waterings so as to ensure the stems don’t rot, water less in the cooler months.

Climate: Average indoor temperatures are suitable for the Zanzibar Gem. It isn't frost tolerant, so don't leave outside. 

Feeding: During the growing season a slow release liquid fertiliser is beneficial as this will help to encourage new growth.

Growth: The Zanzibar is a slow-moderate growing plant which generally reaches around 80cm in height.

Air care: A wonderful air purifying plant which helps eliminate toxins in the home.

Toxicity: All parts of this plant are toxic if ingested so it’s important to keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Care: The Zanzibar is a generally low maintenance plant which only needs to be re-potted once every few years. Clean leaves with a soft damp cloth if you find dust accumulating on them.
